CHECKED THE TEN-DIGIT PRODUCTION NUMBER AND CONFIRMED IT IS NOT LISTED IN THE DOCUMENT. NO FURTHER MEASURES NEEDED. FOUND MANUFACTURER IS "VITESCO".
